Worried about a bottleneck? Yes, you can maintain optimal productivity in a high volume pharmacy that uses both multiple dispensing stations and personnel to fill prescriptions. The SureCount SDS's unique design, small footprint and economic feasibility allow pharmacies of any size or prescription volume to maximize productivity and efficiency. The system allows the user to employ SureCount units at multiple filling stations, each with its own "fast mover" stock delivery console. A larger stock delivery cabinet which would store the remainder of the drug SKUs would be optimally located to minimize time spent in motion to retrieve lower volume drug items.

Facts and Specifications
(A). Fast Rx Console (for top 100 fast movers)

A typical shelf size is 2 feet wide by 6 inches deep. Shelf height can be staggered to accommodate bottles of varying heights. Shelf sizes are flexible and can be designed to meet individual needs. The overall space required to accommodate a Fast Rx Console capable of storing up to 100 items is a remarkable 36" wide by 18" deep and less than 5 feet high

(B). SDS Bulk Storage Cabinet (all other drug SKUs)

A typical shelf size is 4 feet wide by 20 inches deep. There are two (2) shelves per 12 inches of vertical height. For example, a vertical carousel that is 7 feet high would accommodate 14 shelves.

The overall space required to accommodate an automated stock delivery system containing 14 shelves is a very frugal 48" wide by 24" deep by 84" high. These dimensions can be customized for individual space constraints according to your specifications. Both systems are available with optional RS-232 computer interface with manual override keypad
